CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact.lyrabloom@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and refund your money via the original payment method.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all orders, provided that the items are not damaged due to use. If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us at contact.lyrabloom@gmail.com and include your order number, name, email address, and the exact reason why you wish to return the item. Unwanted items may be returned to us, but please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returns must be approved. To return an item, you must obtain an RMA number. We will then provide you with the instructions and the address to which you can send the return.
Please note: Orders placed through an installment payment plan are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an order and something is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at contact.lyrabloom@gmail.com. You must send us a photo of the damage, along with a photo of the package and your order number/email address.
